Pre-season elite performance training

We will be running an elite performance programme for pro-academy advanced players in the off-season. The sessions will be high intensity and will work to improve the technical & physical elements of a player’s game ready for the new season with their clubs.

The sessions will be conducted on the 3G as well as in the upstairs S&C room, so please ensure that you bring non-marking trainers as well as boots suitable for 3G.
